About the Role:

As a Manager for Guest Experience Management, Roundel Marketing and Sales Enablement manager for Roundel Media at Target, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the online shopping experience for our guests. Your focus will be on optimizing digital campaign landing pages to drive engagement, conversion, and overall guest satisfaction.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital merchandising and guest experience development to ensure that every interaction with Target online is seamless and rewarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

Guest Experience Management

  • Campaign Landing Page Optimization: Implement and refine strategies to maximize guest engagement and conversion rates of media campaigns through optimizing landing pages.
  • Site Experience: Implement and optimize guest experience strategies that focus on conversion, findability, maximizing guest engagement, and frictionless shopping. Tactics include, but are not limited to: traffic optimization, site taxonomy and attribution management, navigation, facets, sort, internal search optimization, item level content, cross-sell/up-sell, and item data remediation and attribution.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to monitor key performance indicators across platforms, analysing guest behaviour, market trends, and competitive insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across functional teams to align campaign objectives with broader business goals.
  • Financial Accountability: Take ownership of campaign performance metrics, contributing to financial goals and profitability objectives.
  • Communication:  Be clear, empathetic, and ensure timely interaction with team members & leaders to ensure guest needs are met, expectations are managed, and issues are resolved promptly, thereby fostering a positive and memorable experience.

Roundel Marketing and Sales Enablement:

  • Knowledgeable in Ad tech / digital marketing sectors with prior experience in leading B2B accounts.
  • Experience in streamlining processes, building SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Ability to lead and oversee the production of marketing and sales enablement materials, such as case studies, whitepapers, presentations, training content, video productions, events.
  • Ability to scope and develop business and resource strategies that effectively envision and drive business growth.
  • Working with cross functional teams in liaison with US business teams, agencies and teams in Target in India (UI engineering, design, copy, Quality Assurance, Accessibility, Video production, & Technology)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Team Leadership:

  • Develop and oversee team resourcing, identify gaps and opportunities in support of your accounts, and activate appropriate actions.
  • Coach and lead teams through on-the-job experiences, connect resources, remove roadblocks, and provide feedback.
  • Elevate team expertise by leveraging industry trends to influence and evolve team.
  • Engage and inspire team to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance.

Innovation:

  • Recommend and drive new digital solutions that facilitate additional revenue execution strategies in support of revenue goals.
  • Partner with Partner Solutions, Media Ops, Product, and Operations to drive innovation and support risk taking to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

About you:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Marketing / Communication Management) or equivalent
  • 9+ years total experience with 7+ years in Account Management or Account Planning or Content Strategy in the Digital space with ability to manage multiple large projects,site merchandising experience
  • Team leadership & talent management experience is a must
  • Experience with a large marketing / advertising firm or directly with a corporation
  • Exposure to multichannel marketing creative & communication
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use in marketing
  • Excellent project management and resource management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with superior attention to details, resourceful, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and ability to tailor message as appropriate
  • Proven ability to engage consistently and influence teams & stakeholders for better business outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple business partners and work effectively with global teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manage ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to share actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner
  • Build a culture of creative thinking and innovation
  • Strategic thinker, passion for creative, initiative driven
