Women in Technology Symposium

Who: Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field and graduating December 2023 - August 2024.

What: Join us for a 4-day event focused on inclusion, empowerment and professional development. Discover Target's passion and commitment to cutting-edge technology and innovation when you meet our software engineers and participate in job shadows, tech talks, career workshops and more!

Why: Attendees guaranteed an interview for Target's 2022 Summer Software Engineering Internship!

Diversity Leadership Seminar

Who: Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in supply chain, finance, retail merchandising, marketing, computer science or related fields graduating in December 2023 - August 2024.

What: Join us for a multi-day event focused on inclusion and professional development. Gain insight into roles and opportunities at Target.

When/Where: August 2022 - Location TBD.

Why: Attendees guaranteed an interview for Target's 2022 Summer Internship Program.

Graduate opportunities

Target Arrows Camp

Who: MBA or graduate students interested in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering.

What: This is a prestigious MBA supply chain event providing the opportunity for the best & brightest global supply chain and operations MBA enthusiasts. Designed for select first year MBA students interested in our elite supply chain internship program with Target. The purpose of the camp is for students to learn about Target’s transformative supply chain and the purpose behind the Arrows Program is to help drive these initiatives. Through senior leader speakers, sessions and workshops, participants can expect:

The opportunity to learn practical skills and differentiate Target as an employer of choice
A preview of roles at Target and what a career in the supply chain retail industry can offer
Building authentic connections with senior supply chain leaders
Heightened focus on supply chain initiatives and growth and empathy for team
An interview for the Arrows Leadership Development Program Internships

When/Where: January 2022, with an internship following Summer 2022 - Location TBD.

Why: Come learn, develop, & network with like-minded individuals. Target Arrows Camp is an investment in the logistics talent of the future. You will also have the opportunity to interview for the 2022 MBA Supply Chain Arrows Internship.

MBA Seminar

Who: MBA Students.

What: Join an experience that helps build practical skills featuring a preview of careers at Target. Sessions will include an overview of the retail industry, how Target develops leaders and how we approach Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

When/Where: November 2022 with an internship following Summer 2023 - Location TBD.

Why: Invited attendees will have the opportunity to interview for the LDRP or FLDP MBA internship program.
