As a member of the Sales Floor team, you’ll deliver an unbeatable guest experience through welcoming interactions and extensive product knowledge. You’ll become an on-the-spot problem-solver—serving as a brand integrity ambassador, offering product recommendations as well as stocking shelves and tidying up displays. You’ll be empowered to make decisions to resolve guest concerns in a courteous, helpful manner. Most of all, you’ll create a store environment that generates Target love and loyalty among our guests. It means guests feel welcome and have a better Target Run because of the work you do.
